The Tandimy philosophy

Tandimy was designed for teams of all sizes, whether you're a solo freelancer or a company with hundreds of people. The platform centralizes everything you need: projects, tasks, risks, resources and reports.

Unlike classic tools that force you to choose between agility and rigor, Tandimy combines both approaches. You can manage projects in Kanban mode (agile) and Gantt mode (classic planning) within the same workspace.

Key concepts

Here are the fundamental elements of Tandimy:

    The Project
    This is the main container. Each project groups tasks, team members, milestones and risks. It has a project manager, start and end dates, and a status.

    The Task
    A task is a concrete action to be completed within a project. It can be assigned to a member, have a priority, due date and subtasks.

    The Workstream
    A workstream groups several tasks around a theme or project phase. It helps organize work in a logical way.

    The Milestone
    A milestone marks an important project stage (delivery, validation, go-live…). It has no duration — it's a checkpoint.

    The Member
    Each user invited to a project is assigned a role: project manager, collaborator or consultant. This role determines their access rights.
