1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Tandimy platform (tandimy.com) and all associated services (hereinafter "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
2. Service Description
Tandimy is an intelligent SaaS project management platform that enables teams and professionals to plan, track, and collaborate on their projects. Features include: task management, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, AI assistant, role and team management, automations, and reports.
3. Access and Registration
Access to the Platform is reserved for individuals or legal entities who have created an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.
Tandimy reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a violation of these Terms or fraudulent use.
4. Plans and Subscriptions
Tandimy offers several subscription plans (Free, Solo, Team, Enterprise). Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, based on the user's choice.
Upgrades to a higher plan take effect immediately. Downgrades to a lower plan take effect at the next renewal date.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its source code, interfaces, content, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Tandimy. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Data entered by the user remains their exclusive property.
6. Personal Data

7. Liability
Tandimy strives to maintain 99.9% platform availability and to ensure its security. However, Tandimy shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by external factors (force majeure, third-party outages, cyberattacks, etc.).
The user is solely responsible for how they use the Platform and the data they enter into it.
8. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
Tandimy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 15 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable European regulations (GDPR and EU law). Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the European Union.
